HubSpot
Pull deals, tickets, leads and quotes straight from HubSpot with your approval.
glasstarn can pull records and their history from HubSpot, with your approval each time.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- Tell your agent what you want to look at, such as “our deal pipeline this year”.
- Your agent shows you exactly what it will pull. You approve it in the browser view.
- glasstarn uses a HubSpot service key with read access, set on your computer as
HUBSPOT_TOKENbefore starting your AI app. Your agent tells you how to create one: in HubSpot, go to Settings → Integrations → Service keys (older accounts call it a private app). glasstarn never stores it or shows it to the agent. - Records and their history are saved in the project.

What to ask your HubSpot admin
Section titled “What to ask your HubSpot admin”Please create a HubSpot service key for me with read-only access to contacts, deals, tickets and quotes, so I can analyse our pipeline with glasstarn.
Things to know
Section titled “Things to know”- HubSpot may trim very long histories, so the oldest changes on busy records can be missing.
- Good first questions: “Where do deals stall?”, “How long do deals sit in each stage?”, “Which deals go backwards?”
